Located in Le Flore County, Oklahoma, this 50 +/- acre tract is waiting for its new owners. With Cowskin Creek running along the west side of the property, enjoy the sound and tranquility of the water. This property has a nice, cleared area for you to put an off-grid cabin or bring your camper for deer season and enjoy your own piece of hunting ground in Oklahoma. Deer are frequent in the area, as it is loaded with deer tracks and buck rubs. There is an abundance of small game, like rabbit and squirrel, on this tract as well. You can build your own cabin/barn out of the trees you take from your own property, with the abundance of cedar, walnut, and a few pines. The north and east property boundaries have barbed wire fencing already in place, with a great pipe gate entrance to get into the clearing. To the west side of the property, there is a great trail already cut in place to enjoy an evening side-by-side ride alongside the creek. If you are looking for your own piece of property to get away from it all, this is it. Give Sam a call to go look this one over to truly see what it has to offer.
